Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress who works in TV and film is most well-known for her roles in films such as Rush as well as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra started her professional career in showbiz as a child. She played lead roles in dramas on television as young as 16 years old.
