Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21, 1983. Maggie Grace is an American actor best known for her character Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. Originally from Worthington Ohio she quit high school in order to relocate in Los Angeles with her mother after her parents divorce. They were struggling to make ends meet and was offered her first acting role as Rachel's Room's main character. Her portrayal in the role of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the TV movie Murder in Greenwich in 2002 earned her nominations for a Young Artist Award. Grace appeared as Shannon Rutherford on the Lost TV show in 2004. She was the main character for two seasons and was awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was a co-star with Tom Welling on The Fog in the year 2005, decided to make the move into film. She has appeared as Kim Mills in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club both in 2007 as well as in Taken with Liam Neeson in 2008 as Kim Mills. She reprised this role in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). The actress also appeared in Alice on Malice in Wonderland which is an updated version from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace reprised her role as Shannon in Lost in the series, which included the conclusion. In 2013 she appears in Season 6 of Californication. She portrays Faith she is the muse and fan of the stars. Hank Moody as played by David Duchovny falls in love with her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She is part of Gyllenhaal's family and is the elder sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her first appearances were in films of her father when he was an adolescent. Along with her brother, she appeared as a character in Donnie Darko (2000). Later, she was in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (both 2002) as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal's leading roles in Secretary, the romantic comedy-drama erotico and Sherrybaby (a film) earned her nominations for Golden Globe Awards. The Dark Knight, which was released in 2008 after many highly successful movies, such as World Trade Center (2006) which brought her greater recognition, was a huge success for Gyllenhaal. Her performance in Crazy Heart as a mother with a single child was nominated for an Academy Award Best Supporting Actress. The following years she appeared in comedy and dramas: Nanny McPhee & the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012. Other roles she has played include a Secret Service agent in the action thriller White House Down (2013) and a musician in Frank (2014) and the title role in the drama The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Gyllenhaal wrote and directed her debut film The Lost Daughter in 2021. The thriller that dealt with psychological issues was awarded the Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. It was also nominated to the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
